Here at Brouge we believe beer deserves its place at the dinner table as well as wine.
We use Beer in many of our recipes but they are family friendly as the cooking takes out the alcohol.
All our dishes are prepared onsite by our talented chefs & our food is sourced locally using local fishmongers, butchers and vegetable plots.
We also use the 3 London markets daily to ensure we use the freshest and finest ingredients.
